La-Hostel, Zostel Leh - Leh

- Our standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and may also attract an additional fee at the propertys discretion.
- We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
- Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entrystay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
- We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.
- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same.
- Right to admission reserved.

Note: Leh is situated at a high altitude and hence, can cause altitude sickness. Guests are advised to be cautious.
Note: The property has free parking for 4 cars & 10 bikes on a first come first serve basis. However, a public paid parking is also available only 50 metres from the premises.

Important note for extremely cold months of operation (roughly November - Mid April)

- Running water will not be available because of extremely cold weather. However, in each room we have placed 200L drums which will be filled with water.
- For hot water, an immersion rod is available in each room with the "how to use" manual.
To cope with the weather conditions:

-Private Rooms: One electric heater, one electric kettle and one electric blanket will be available.
-Dorm Rooms: Good quality double-quilts for each bed and one small electric heater will be available. Electric blankets will be available on a rental basis, with a refundable security deposit.
- It’s extremely important to carry 4-5 layers of warm clothing, as the temperature gets as low as -10º to -25º.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
